Personal data administrator The administrator of the User’s personal data is Fair Packaging LLC limited partnership with its registered office in Buszewo 10, 62-045 Pniewy (hereinafter referred to as: “the Company”). Any comments and questions regarding the privacy law can be directed to:

Data protection officer The Company has appointed a data protection officer. This is the person with whom the User can contact in all matters regarding the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights related to data processing. The inspector can be contacted as follows:

The purposes of processing User’s personal data and the legal basis for processing The User’s personal data will be processed in order to:
- conducting direct marketing of the Company’s products and services as well as conducting analysis of sales and use of the Company’s services – the legal basis for data processing is the justified interest of the Company consisting in the possibility of marketing, presenting information on products and services to Users and increasing sales.
- sending the User marketing materials and the Company’s offer in a way that the User has chosen – the basis for data processing will be the User’s consent.
Period of storage of User’s personal data. The company will store the User’s personal data until the User withdraws his consent to the processing of personal data.
Recipients of the User’s personal data The company will transfer User’s personal data to suppliers to whom it outsources services related to the processing of personal data, e.g. IT service providers, advertising agencies, and subcontractors. Such entities process data on the basis of a contract with the Company and only in accordance with the Company’s instructions.
Transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area The User’s personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
User’s rights related to the processing of the personal data
The User has the following rights related to the processing of personal data:
- the right to withdraw consent,
- the right to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes – as the company processes User data for marketing purposes on the basis of a justified interest,
- the right to access the personal data,
- the right to request the rectification of the personal data,
- the right to request the deletion of the personal data,
- the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,
- the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. the right to receive your personal data from the Company in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. The User may send this data to another data administrator or request that the Company sends User data to another administrator. However, the Company will send data if it is technically possible.
To exercise the above rights, the User must contact the Company or the data protection officer (contact details in items 1 and 2 above). Each User may at any time object to the processing of data for marketing purposes through a link attached to each email that the User receives.
The right to withdraw the consent The User’s personal data may be processed on the basis of consent. Therefore, each User has the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the User’s consent before its withdrawal. The User may withdraw his consent by sending a statement to the email address: newsletter@fairpackaging.pl, or via mail to the following address: Buszewo 10, 62-045 Pniewy, or by clicking a link attached to each email.
The right to lodge a complaint with the authority. The User also has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
