Quick response time is our strength. Every complaint (if it happens) is investigated without redundant delays and with the highest scrupulosity. Since it’s the most important to solve the problem on the Client’s side, fast diagnosis is our priority. We elaborate solutions and consult them with the Client. It’s possible because complaints happen incredibly seldom. This is our another advantage!
“While working on Client’s complaint we start with analyzing the reason behind it. For this purpose, we use the 8D report prepared by the Quality Control Department. My role is to plan corrective actions and to include them to production plan while having in my mind the most important fact – Client is waiting for the product that is free of defect. Keeping continuity of production and fast delivering Customer’s order is always a priority for me.
